Not everything on TikTok is video. Photo posts have quietly become a large part of the feed, and they behave differently from clips: still images with an audio bed, swiped through rather than played. TikTok gives you no save button for them at all, so the usual workaround is a screenshot.
A screenshot costs you a lot. It captures at your screen's resolution rather than the image's, bakes in the interface, and crops away whatever sat under the caption or the sidebar. What you keep is a picture of a picture.

Screenshots lose too much detail for any of these to work well.
Designers, stylists, and tattoo artists collect visual references constantly. Full-resolution files are worth keeping. Cropped screenshots with a caption across the middle are not.
Instagram and Pinterest both render images at higher quality than a phone screenshot can supply. Starting from the original file is the difference between sharp and soft.

TikTok currently allows up to 35 images in a single post. The zip handles the full set however many there are.
Bundling pulls every image before it can build the file, so a 30-photo set takes longer than a 3-photo one. Give it a few seconds before retrying.
Not without permission. Downloading changes nothing about ownership, and copyright stays with whoever made the images.
