Carousel, slideshow, photo post: three names for the same thing, which is a TikTok made of several images you swipe through rather than a video you watch. The naming is inconsistent because TikTok itself has changed what it calls the format more than once.
The practical problem stays the same either way. There is no download button, and saving a set one screenshot at a time means swiping, capturing, and cropping every image by hand. A twenty-image post turns into several minutes of tedious work, and you still end up with screen-resolution copies.
